About mb3DEngineering:
Hi, I'm Marco Bassendowski, founder of mb3DEngineering and Mechanical engineer with an affinity for plastics.
My passion is to find special solutions to problems in all kinds of areas. In that I like to take alternative, unconventional paths to ensure efficiency, sustainability and high quality.
During my studies, I joined the Formula Student Team FaSTDa and co-developed the aerodynamics for racing cars. In my role, I was responsible for the manufacture of all plastic and carbon parts.
After graduating, I worked as a development and research engineer, specialising in EMPT welding process. Beside universtity and my occupation, I have been self-employed and had the chance to develope and manufacture prototypes or parts for various companies.
The subject of plastics has accompanied me intensively since my studies. Mechanical engineering is mostly associated with metal. In fact, however, there are many sensible areas of application for plastics in the development of machines and machine parts. Sustainability and future-oriented processes are particularly important to me. Therefore, I work with high-quality plastics and silicones made in Europe.
In my spare time I design and build FPV racing drones. With this hobby I combine my joy in technology and nature.
